Mendlesham Chairs
All of our chairs are individually created for you, which gives you a number of choices in order to create a piece to answer all your requirements. In addition to the individual size and fit, you can choose from a range of English hardwoods, different polishes to suit your environment, design of cresting rails and a range of customising features to make your chair unique to you.
Include an inscribed medallion of sycamore set into the underside of the seat or possibly the most special personalisation is achieved by a carved picture, logo or wording of your choice under the seat. On some chairs it is also possible to carve on the cresting rail – maybe a name, date or insignia.
Whatever you choose will create an heirloom unique to you or a very personal gift for someone. We welcome customers to our workshop and have a number of sample chairs of various sizes, detail and timber options here to help you with your selection. You can also meet us out and about at many regional shows and events, which are listed in our Events Diary. We take a selection from our range to these events so you see, feel and sample the comfort first hand. Of course we can also help you with choices over the phone if you are unable to come and see us.
